The saying "you're too slow to catch a cold" refers to someone being too slow at what they do and that they are too slow to even catch a cold which is easy to catch.

Therfore Hot is faster in my opinion as I have never heard of anyone catching a Hot  sSig_heeheehee sSig_heeheehee
